BBQ chicken sandwiches with homemade coleslaw


Need a quick, easy weeknight dinner that’s still healthy? This shredded bbq chicken recipe is perfect for a dinner that you barely have to think about! My mom’s coleslaw recipe can be whipped up super quickly too! 

BBQ sandwiches:

1-2lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Bottle of bbq sauce to your liking
Buns! (Delicious on Hawaiian rolls!)

Put chicken in crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce of your choosing. Cook on high 2-4 hours or on low 6-8 hours. 



Coleslaw:


You will need: 
1-2 T Mayo
1 T milk
2 c shredded cabbage 
1 t dill weed
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper 
Optional: chopped onions, bell pepper, onion

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. Serve on side of sandwiches or right on top! 


Serve these up with a side salad or some corn on the cob and you’re ready to dig in! Enjoy!
